Replacement concealed casement hinge help in identifying

Added information: I have attached a working hinge and a broken one I wish to replace. Can you help me find the part? The arm in the photo says 'Truth 30744' on the one bar (see photo). That stamped bar is approx 5.5" long and 1/2 wide. The attachment metal bar is 10" has 3 screw holes to attach to window.
