Replacement counter balance

Hi,
the closest match i could find was a 27" series 385, please confirm, or do I need something different? I have 2 windows that the piece has come off and windows won't stay open and shimmy to the point of coming out?

Hello, thank you for posting,

We can supply a replacement for your original balance, but it will require a custom order due to the "86" stamped on the metal channel. This marking indicates a special spring and pulley system to support the window sash.

Is the top nylon attachment winged out as well?
