Replacement crank

Could you please help me find the crank I need for this Traco window. I tried the 39-187 but it wasn't closing the window. The zigzag arm is a little bit longer on the old one.Thanks

Start by looking at our 39-090. It has a 'Z' shaped gear arm, compared to the 'W' shape arm on the 39-187. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this is the operator you need.
