I have an awbning window that needs to have the crank replaced (the gear is stripped).

The cover indicates TRUTH HARDWARE & the numkber on the mechanism is #40-761. The writing on the mechanism is "TRUTH ENTRY GARD." ne arm is stamped #40762 & the other arm is stamped 40761. just need the mechanism.

I would like to order a replacement- please advise if it is available.

Thanks for posting, Edwin! Unfortunately, I'm having a bit of trouble identifying your operator based on these images. Could you perhaps upload a few larger images of the entire operator? I'd like to see the whole arm along with the base. It looks a little different from what we have on our sit, but it's just too small to make out. Thank you!

Thanks for posting! This operator almost looks like our 39-348 Sill Mounted Awning Operator. I wonder if this is a newer version. Looking at your pictures, it looks like they may have simplified it by having only one gear that crosses over the arm to pull the other arm over. This may not be the most efficient method. Take a look at our 39-348 and see if it would work better for you.
