The house was built in 1971 with Pella casement windows. Several windows have crank handles with the splines worn away so that they no longer operate the windows. One of the windows does not open because the extension mechanism is broken. I am looking to replace the worn crank handles and the broken mechanism, but have been told by Pella that those old windows are no longer supported.
Pella sold me new crank handles, but the holes in the cranks are too small and won't fit over the shaft of the window mechanism. With that difference, I don't expect that the current generation of actuator mechanism will fit, either.
Do you have crank handles and actuator mechanisms that will fit these old Pella casement windows? The handles do not need to be cosmetically the same, although that would be preferable.

Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance that we can provide you with a replacement for the Pella casement operators are searching for, however, I'll need to see a photo of your existing hardware to confirm.
Given that your hardware seems to be different from the current models, we'll need to see the details and design to be able to determine, with certainty, that there is a replacement we can offer.
Are you able to send a photo of your operator?
