Two cranks like this one shown in the picture need replacement. I have highlighted the one 'arm' has the number <32010> stamped on it and circled in the picture. This number is stamped on all of the cranks.
Can you identify and provide replacement cranks for two windows? One crank is on thew bottom RIGHT side, like the one in the picture. The other crank is on the bottom Left side of the wibndow.

Hello,
Your operator resembles one of the Encore-style operators shown in the video below depending on the fitting attached to the end of the longer arm. Both pairs use the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with covers.
If you need new hinges as well, take a look and compare the 36-048 set with a 10" long base to yours. Thanks for posting!
