Replacement crank, lower profile, rounded?

Question

Hello, I have a bay window nook that has cranks that stick out super far and we want to be able to leverage this area for seating. Is there a way to replace these square cranks with something lower profile and/or rounded. Ideally, the crank handle itself would also be folding, but hoping there is also a better crank that can be used, since there is not a cover that can be removed. The crank is rear mounting, and measures approximately 5m5 inches across. Please see attached pictures. Thank you in advance!

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. They don't make versions of this assembly with a lower-profile handle. Our 39-205 is the only folding handle that will work on this style but it likely won't fold enough.

Based on the scope of this project, it sounds like you need new windows. I'm afraid you're not going to find an operator that will work with this window while also giving you room for a seat. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
