Replacement crank mechanism

Looking to replace the crank mechanism for these Pella windows. As per my client, they are 1994 Pella Reserve Traditional Casements. Thank you!

Hello there. I am confident we can help, but we need to see the entire operator, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view, with the window open, would suffice. We'll do our best to help from there.
