Hello:

I am in desperate need of two replacement crank operators for my porch casement window. They are Permaseal window.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there!

Before I recommend anything, can we see a picture that shows a clear view of the installation holes on the top and bottom tabs? We carry many different types of awning operators and seeing that will help us narrow down some options.

Thank you!

Here are two pics, not the best sorry, to give you an idea about the installations holes. My main concern is that the arm has a hole in it.
Thanks so much.

Looking at your photos showing the operator and a little bit of the window itself, it looks like you have the 39-025 operator that was used on Silverline awning windows. The 39-025 uses a "threaded sector" at the end of the link arm that attaches the operator arm to the window linkage using a screw. However, you say your window is a "Permaseal" awning window. The Permaseal window uses an operator like the 39-084 which has a 3/8" hole at the end of the link arm and also has a different mounting hole pattern with the screw hole at the side of the lower part. Look over the dimensions for each of the operators I've mentioned and compare them to yours to see if any match your original hardware.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I've ordered the 39-084, hoping it will do the job!
