Replacement crank screws

Quick Learner from Michigan, USA
I'm need to replace the crank gear screw that holds the casement window handle to the opener on the jam. Not sure I'm describing this well :(

In the photo I'm pointing to the part with my painty finger.

That crank gear screw is unfortunately not something that can be repaired or replaced. These are machine-pressed at the factory and so when they come out, they can't be put back in.

That unfortunately means that you will need an all new operator mechanism. We can help with that, but I will need a clear picture that shows the entire mechanism without obstruction. Would that be possible?

Attached are photos of the crank mechanism for the window next to the one that is missing the handle attachment.

Thanks! I'm instantly reminded of our 39-031 and 39-032. I think these may be what you want, but review our dimensions just to be 100% sure.
