Replacement crank with cover for casement window

I'm looking for a replacement crank for my window, with the cover as I can't get the cover off the existing one (not sure if it's supposed to come off or not).

Thanks for writing in. This looks possibly like our 39-220B Casement Operator. Look over the dimensions to confirm. This operator uses either our 39-376 or 39-452 Cover and Handle, depending on which style you prefer.
