Thanks! It's still tough to make the operator out, but based on the design of the arm I think our 39-391 Pella crank might be a match. Just keep in mind that this is only designed to work on Pella windows, and a specific one at that. You have to be sure that your old operator has an identical design as what we show in our photo. If I were you, I would remove the original before you buy anything. You don't want to guess when it comes to Pella.
