Replacement crank and other parts

Friend from Wilmington nc
Biltbest is written on cranks. Need to replace existing openers. The crank handle is loose in the housing. Do you carry something that would work? Need 4. Not sure how much I would need to replace. Entire mechanism? Just the crank? Any advise? Thanks in advance! -Lorri

Hello! You'll definitely need an all new operator. Once that worm gear slips out like that, it can't be repaired or replaced. It indicates that the gears on the operator itself are stripped out.

We can help, but we need clearer photos of the operator itself. I'd like you to open the window as far as it can go and show me a top-down picture that shows the arms without obstruction.

Once I see that, I'm very confident that we can get you a good replacement part.

Tom, Here is picture you requested showing arm extended. Please advise. Thanks! Lorri

Thanks, Lorri, this is perfect. I recommend our 39-031 and 39-032 casement window operators. I feel confident that these will match your original, but you should go over our dimensions just to be 100% sure.
