Trying to replace the assembly for a right and two left casement/window crank assemblies. I don't see any part numbers, but see "truth" on the arm and patent number 4,480,075.

For the crank assemble 39-217, can you provide the part number for the actual crank? ( the rod that you spin to open the window)

If you're referring to the handle, see the 39-114L. 

Note that the worm gear isn't designed to be repaired or replaced, so you would have to replace the entire operator.
