Replacement crank/mechanism

The handle came out of my kitchen casement window and noww it will not crank close. Attached are photos. Please let me know what I need. Thanks,

Hi Shawn. When the gear pops out with the handle like that, that means the entire operator is broken and needs to be replaced. This might be the Wright 39-388, but it's tough to judge the size of your operator's link arm in the photos. Compare the dimensions below with your old operator. If anything differs, tell use exactly how and provide a bird's eye picture of the old operator, including the link arm, and we'll try and find something better. Hi Bob. Attached are a couple photos as you can see it looks different from the one pictured above. Let me know if I can give you any other info and hopefully we can find a replacement.

I'm sorry to say that I don't see a notable difference in these photos. Can you specify exactly what you mean? If you're referring to the length of the link arm, make sure you're measuring from the center of the attachment hole to the center of the rivet; that's how Truth sizes these. You don't measure the full size of the arm from tip to tip.
