Replacement cranks

Question

My 5 windows are 20x41 with cranks at center bottom.
The windows no longer open, unless sheer force is used, because of salt water damage.
Is this the hardware I need?

I would start by looking at our 39-083. This looks closer to what you have. I would just make sure the elbow-to-elbow measurement is the same.
