Replacement cranks

Double pane windows about 20 to 25 years old with a crank mechanism as you can see. The house has many windows. Windows that have been used frequently or been open during rain have mechanisms that no longer function well. Usually this manifests as a stuck or stripped crank. Sometimes the arms are probably the culprit other times it's the crank itself.
