Replacement cranks

Want to verify the size of the crank needed to replace the ones I have attached.

To further review, are you able to provide the diameter of the metal operator spline that the handle fits onto? You may be able to use the 39-102 handle, but you will need to confirm that the spline has a 11/32" diameter for a good fit. Thank you!
