Replacement cranks

Home Owner from Lenhartsville, PA
The 3 crank handles on our window are breaking off at the base (see photo right hand side)I need to identify and order replacement crank assemblies for Series #6100 Bow window purchased around April 2003, purchased from Home Depot, Allentown, PA.
Also, I need instructions for replacing cranks.
Thanks.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see one of your operators with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. From there, we'll be able to determine the operator you need since the spline also appears to have broken off of your base, as well as which handles would be compatible. Thank you.

As requested, here are pictures of the crank mechanism. The open window is the middle window of the bow window.

Thanks for getting back to us. Take a look at our video below showing our recommendations to replace your discontinued GU operators. Just let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks, I just put all the information from the video together with confirming the left and rights of our window cranks and expect to order soon.
