Replacement cranks for casement window

I'm wanting help finding replacement cranks for a casement window circa the mid-80s. I've attached photos. Unfortunately, I don't have any info about the window manufacturer.

Hello, David. Based on your photos, I believe you should start with the 39-031 and 39-032 Truth EntryGard operators. Carefully compare the dimensions we show on their respective store pages to your own part to confirm that everything lines up. As long as they do then you should be good to go!
