Hello, I am searching for 5 window cranks and one cover for lowEnter windows, I was working with another company and they sent me the wrong hardware as seen in the picture also the wrong color, I also have had a bad relations with our local rep and repair service some of these have been going on for years and nothing has been fixed, I can supply more pictures in closeup please advise,

Hello! Looks like your window uses Truth operators, while the company you spoke of sent you a Pella brand handle instead. That's obviously no good.
Fortunately, Truth only ever used one type of handle, which specifically has an 11/32" spline. You can use our 39-114L or 39-205, if you wanted a folding version. I'm more than confident that these will work for you.
