Thanks for the additional photos. Both of your window balances can be replaced with the S395-37 Channel Balances. Like yours, these have a wingless top guide and a wingless bottom shoe. 

For the balances marked with a 36 4, you can likely use the 3640 stamp but it would be a good idea to double check that you sash weighs 23 to 30lbs.

I'm not able to cross-reference the 36 9 stamp, so you'll need to obtain the exact sash weight. There is a chart below the balance description that lists the weight range each stamp can support.

Okay, great! Thanks for confirming. You can select the 3665 stamp option. This will support a sash weighing 39 to 42lbs.
