Replacement door handle

Hello, we would love your help. Our patio door handle snapped off today and we are looking to get a replacement ASAP. I have attached 2 pictures of the part. We think these were Siminton doors and their hand ware

The wording on the handle says imperial USA and keynetic - there does not appear to be any other wording.

We would really appreciate which of your products you would recommend - if possible we would like to stick with chrome but are also open to white.
