Can you help me find a brass outside handle and plate and a white inside handle?

Your exact handle set isn't made anymore, but you can use our 40-152 to replace the whole set. Look it over and let me know what you think.

Do you think the existing holes will fit this item?

Yes, in my experience the 40-152 lines up with the same holes that mount the Cole Sewell handle set. That said, if you wanted to be 100% sure, we have dimensions on the 40-152 store page that you can use as a reference.
