Replacement Patio Door Handle: Screws on Side?

Question

Hello all, I'd like to replace the door handle for my deck sliding glass door because it has become loose over time. It's really just the handle part (see photo 0638). Notice that the hole where the screw goes in (see red arrows on pictures) is really worn out. I don't see any brand names or numbers on the handle or door. I do see the following on the glass for what it's worth: CTG Tempered, 16 CFR 1201 II, SGCC 1923 3/16U, ANSI Z97.1.-1984.
