Replacement door handle lock

Question

The locking mechanism no longer works. No info on what brand it is. Sliding door has etched AFG glass. Can you help?

This setup looks pretty unique. The mortise lock appears to be our 82-218, albeit with an unusual face plate around it. This type of mortise lock typically works with a handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing, such as our 82-030. Take a look and see what you think.
