Replacement door hardware

Can you get a replacement door sweep in satin nickel with new rubber; also a new satin nickel door handle for the door in the photo attached?

Unfortunately, the door sticker does not indicate the hardware that the door uses. We would need to see photos of the original handle set and an end profile photo of the sweep, along with written-out dimensions for both parts, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
