Replacement door latch

Need to replace this broken assembly. Door is 31" wide x 78 3/8" tall with 1" thick door frame at the handle.

Hello there. Check out our 40-049, which has been used to replace these old Papaiz storm door locksets in the past. Look over the dimensions and see if you think this would work for you.

I installed a 40-049 mortise lockset, brass. We misplaced spare key and can't seem to find the spare. I believe the brass dead/bolt lock assembly with keys that is part of the 40-049 is available with new keys? Please send me a price for this deadbolt/lock assembly. When I bought spare blank keys, I had a quote that I though was around $ 22.00 but I can't find it.
Please provide PN, price and availability so I can order. Thanks

Thanks for posting. You have two options. You could indeed replace the entire Tumbler Thumbturn with a new one--see the 40-089. This comes with a pair of new keys. Another thought would be to buy key blanks compatible with the 40-049--see our 40-900. You could then contact a locksmith to get them keyed the same way as your old key. Let me know what you think.
