Replacement door lock

I think this is a Kolbe & Kolbe.
See the attached image from the number on the side of the door.
Need replacement lock as the lever no longer moves the lock mechanim.

ps my son's patio door - I can get measurements if required

This looks like our 82-226. Check it out and see if you agree. I do recommend that you double check the dimensions.

Both my son and I measured the existing lock
For the same dimensions on each lock:
82-226 = 4 5/8"
Our lock= 4 1/4

82-226 = 6 1/8
Our lock= 6 1/4

Is there another option or is this close enough ?
Please advise.

We couldn't find anything with those exact dimensions. You may be able to just change the inside portion of the mortise lock and use our 82-218 in its place. What is the distance between the two inside screw holes?

It's wood. Make new holes. 1/16 less at top and bottom won't matter.

Even better, use 82-227 and the holes won't even be close.
