Hello!

I'm afraid we don't have this exact roller but start by taking a look at our 81-036 and 81-071. Look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see if one of them matches what you need.

We tried the 071. It's close but won't work. -036 is not close. I have six doors that need roller replacement. Please help!

I'm sorry to hear the 81-071 didn't work for you. I'm going to consult with one of our senior experts to see if we can find something better. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available.

Thank you!

I have come across this Peachtree roller assembly in the past and what I did was to just replace the wheel with the 81-272 roller and axle kit. Take a look at this part along with the related video to see what you think.

I bought the roller replacement kit. The wheel seems to fit nicely but the only fastener that worked is the silver two part one that screws. I'm wondering if it will stay tight or will loosen with use. Is there anyway to make sure it won't loosen?

If you take a look at the video above on replacing the wheel, you will see two other repair methods. One would be to use the "split pin" which uses tension to hold the wheel in place. The other method would be to use the "rivet" which you will need to install and "hit" the hollow end to pin in place.

Those two rivets will not work. They are too narrow and not log enough. In the photo I am sending you can see the original rivet that I removed and the ones below that come in your kit. Only the two part screw is long enough to hold the wheel in the casing.

If you feel that the screw and through bolt is the best fix then I suggest using a product called "lock-tite" on the screw threads so that the screw will not let go in the roller housing.

Took your expert advise and used the wheel replacement and put locktite on the screw threads. My door specialist did a great job on SIX sliding glass doors. They glide beautifully. I appreciate all the advice. You guys are top notch. Thanks!!!!
