Replacement door set for older cole sewell storm door

Question

I am looking for a white or satin nickel door handle and latch set that would work in this older Cole Sewell storm door.
the handle screws are about 1 and 7/8 inches apart
the outer decorative brass handle plate is 6.5 inches long with screws about 5.5 inches apart

I also want to replace the brass door sweep with either satin nickel or white. The door sweep is 1 inch wide and the plate is about 2 inches high by 36 inches

Thanks for posting! Cole Sewell is no longer in business, so replacement options for this hardware is limited. I think the closest match we have for the handle is our 40-058. Look it over and see what you think. I'm afraid we will not be able to replace the door sweep plate. I'm not sure if that's available anywhere anymore.
