Replacement door sweep/weather stripping - help

We have a 42" front door. Would like to replace the slide-in rubber/vinyl? weather stripping/sweep but can't find anything that looks like it would work. It attaches via 2 1/8" t-slots and is ~ 1 1/4 inch wide with ~1/4 in "fins" on the bottom. Any help finding something that would work would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the door sweep shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
