Replacement drawer glide fastener

I am in need of about 25 of these little plastic fasteners that connect a side drawer slide to the side of a dresser. I apologize for the quality of these photos. The part is approx 2" high and 1 1/4" deep. It is connected to the slide (in one photo) and the side of the drawer.
Please advise if you have a part available. Thank you.

Hi Glenn,
We just added a new drawer slide spacer, SWISCO product code 32-334.
The design in different from your original but the depth is 1-1/4" so we hope this might be something you could adapt.
