Replacement elastomeric seals for Crestline windows

Home built in 1993.
Both Crestline double hung and casement windows -- all aluminum clad
Found a number on one of the double-hung: 120193Y27B3M (hard to read)

Could not find any on a casement -- these get more sun and I'm guessing the ink degrades over time.

Looking to replace the gasket parts to help seal things better in the winter. 2-3 neighbors looking to do theirs too.

Can you identify the materials.

I was wondering if this person ever found the right seals. I'm looking for the exact same ones and I think your 58-055 are not wide enough.
