The best replacement recommendation we have for your door sweep is our Duo-durometer Door Bottom Sweep. This style is available in two different lengths; (36") 58-176 and (48") 58-186. Installing this style sweep would require drilling holes into the side of the bottom of the door.
Take a look over the dimensions and design to see if this could possibly work for your repairs.
