Replacement fold down crank needed

I do not know the brand of window I have unfortunately. All I have is the picture of the fold-down crank that broke and I need to replace it. Can you PLEASE help?!!

Hey there. It's tough to tell without knowing the diameter of the spline the handle fits onto. I suspect it might be something like the 39-232, which fits ROTO operators with an 11/32" diameter spline, but I'd review all the specs and compare to try and be sure.

Please see attached photo. I found a little marking on the window that says "Roto" is that the name brand?

Yes, ROTO is the brand for the hardware in the window. ROTO uses many different operators in windows, which is why I wanted a clear photo of the operator to judge what crank handle would be best. It's tough to see, but I think you have 39-329 and 39-330 ROTO split-arm operators. In which case, the 39-232 Handle is indeed compatible with this setup.
