Replacement folding crank handles

Home Owner from Buffalo, NY
Seeking to positively confirm replacement crank handle model options.

My current windows were manufactured by Seaway in Erie, PA. Current handle inside threads are mostly stripped and not effective. Crank posts are in great shape. Handles are Truth folding model. Inside markings indicate "45393" and US Patents 361490 and 5560082.

Those codes are sometimes related to our 39-205 handle, which does indeed look like the part you have pictured. However, the best way to confirm is to measure the diameter of the hole. If your diameter is 11/32" then our 39-205 is definitely the way to go.

Hello! I'm attempting to replace the crank handle pictured in foreground of this photo. The part shown behind it is one I ordered but it has a black connector that doesn't work on my window. It seems like the connector is mounted on the window hardware and not inside the handle in my case. Looks like worn part no is 5560082 and has Truth logo. Is there a replacement handle that doesn't have the additional flange piece inside?
Thanks you,
Patrice

Hello, Patrice. There is no such handle, unfortunately. I can guarantee that that black piece you describe originally mounted on your handle. They never made these handles any other way. You just have to pop the black piece off your operator so that you can install the new one.
