Replacement foot

Question

I ordered 13 of item 26-366. The attached picture shows the original part which is not rectangular and will not fit in the s795 - 28 balance that I ordered. The replacement pivot bar is too short and allows the balance to slide off the foot. Please consider alternatives for the pivot bar and advise.

This one is a bit weird. I'm afraid we don't have any pivot bars like the 26-366 with an alternate pin shape. See our 26-318 instead, though. Could you install this on the bottom of your sash in some way?
