Replacement for 23-232S

Handy Person from Tampa, Florida

The site would not let me upload photos today. I need to replace four rollers that 23-232S was slightly too big to fit inside the channel where the previous roller was. I need a slightly smaller version and I need to return the previous order. E mail me so that I can attach the photos of the old hardware verses 23-232S.

Thanks for posting, Gary. Sorry to hear the rollers did not work for you. You can see our Return Policy here. You can either upload photos right into this discussion, or email them to us at help@swisco.com. Just be sure to include your discussion number D131157, so we know to associate them with this discussion. In addition to pictures, could you provide the height and thickness of your old rollers, as well as the diameter of the wheel? This would help us narrow down the right replacement. Thanks!

Discussion D131157. The dimensions of the old roller are as follows: Height of rollor housing 1 1/8 inch, height of housing near adjustment screw 3/4 inch, (see photos) thickness of old roller 5/8 inch, diameter of old wheel 1 1/4 inch. I would prefer to replace the old steel wheel with the outer vinyl perimeter with an all steel 1 1/4 inch wheel in a housing that will fit inside my mirrored doors.
Thanks, Gary

Many thanks for the information. See our 81-250 Roller. This comes with a 1-1/8" steel ball bearing wheel. Compare its dimensions to your old roller and see what you think.
