I have a question I hope you could help so I can order the right replacement part. I have some old Andersen sash windows that need the balance replaced. the only numbers on the existing balance part is B954 # 19585 but not sure what is the right replacement.

I believe the key numbers here are "4#19." If I'm right, that particular stamp should be more prominently displayed on your balance. Am I correct? If so, I recommend our 24-431.
