We can replace this balance for you, but it will have to be custom made due to its unique stamp option, which indicates a balance for an extra-heavy sash--in your case, a hurricane window of 48 lbs. I just sent you an email with a  custom link to order (2) 30" Series 385 balances (i.e., a balance with the 19-005 and 15-004 fittings) and with a stamp code of 29DS48L.
