Cole-Sewall storm door lever/handle

Hello;

I need to replace the original handle/lever mechanism on my Cole-Sewall model SU050G HighFrame storm door. The door was purchased and installed in July 2000. Can you assist in recommending a replacement that will fit with this door? Pictures are attached.
