I just tried reordering Corner Latch, RH 91-032 and Corner Latch, LH 91-031 and I am unable to order them. Your system can not seem to find the part. Have they been discontinued? If so, is there a replacement part for this that will still fit my storm windows?

Unfortunately the parts you are looking for have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Since the advent of the vinyl replacement windows, there hasn't been a need for storm windows. As a result, that part of the window industry has died. If you are handy, you can use our 91-004 and 91-005 corner latches. You would just need to file down the bump at the tip of the latch to work like the old parts.

I am most definitely handy, but am a bit confused as to where the "bump" is that you're talking about filing off. Using the photo of part 91-004 as a guide, can you describe exactly where the bump is?

The bump is right on the face of the tip coming out of the latch. Look at the picture below, where the bump is indicated by a black arrow. You can ignore the 1/4" dimension.
