Hello, Could you advise me whether part no. 23-070 or 23-086 is the correct replacement part for a broken Cox 21-717, 21-767 mirror wardrobe concave roller please? I found two threads on your website, one of which reommends 3-070 and the other suggests 23-086. Or are they identical?

Hello,
We can't be sure if these would be the best replacement options without seeing photos of your original closet roller. With that being said, I can confirm that the 23-070 and 23-086 are the same except that the 23-086 has a ball bearing roller, which tends to glide a bit smoother, but it's ultimately a personal preference. If you have any doubts, feel free to get back to us with photos of your part, and we can go from there. Thank you.

Hello Casey, many thanks for the information and clarification. That's very helpful. I think I'll go for the 23-086, and maybe I'll buy two and relace both roller units at the same time. The Cox rollers have been very reliable, they've lasted nearly 30 years, and three out of four are still gliding smoothly! We can't get them here in the UK any more - I understand the importer went under some years ago - and your prices + postage are very reasonable! Thanks again, very best regards, Steve
