Replacement for Double wheel Roller for balcony door

Hi

I need to replace 2 double wheel rollers for my balcony door as the currents ones seem to have lots the bearings over 25 years. Please see attached photos for reference.

Which would be Swisco's model number?

Unfortunately the video isn't helping as the roller has a screw with a head that looks more like a bit than a star. The end of the screw is square and it's not coming off. Would you have any other suggestion to remove it?

Please see attached. I had to forced out as it wouldn't come out. There seemed to be a small rivet in top as you can see. Is this enough?
