Replacement for E49 9#3128 Anderson balance

My balance numbers are E49  9#3128,  there is also 11600-2.  Whats my replacement?

Good morning, and thank you for posting! Please take a look at our 24-939 Andersen sash balance. This can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 9#31.
