Replacement for Malta screen latch

Part 70-048 worked well for me on my Malta double-hung windows. This is not the same as the original tan ones. You need to bend them a little to get them to work. It took about three minutes to replace each one. Remove about 2? of spline from the corner, pop that part of the screen and the broken latch out, slip in the new latch, then the screen, and respline.You do not need to rescreen.

This is a common problem for customers, as Malta made a few versions of this clip, and many of the older ones do not have the same spacing as the 70-048.
