From the pictures on your website, it looks like a 15-005 or 15-004 bottom shoe, and a 19-005 top shoe. Can you help me confirm the right part number? I've attached pictures of the top and bottom shoes.

I have several corroded Milgard non-tilting casement window channel balances. The number on the channel balance is 32 4 10 CALDWELL. The channel balance is 1/2" wide. It is 33" long.
From the pictures on your website, it looks like a 15-005 or 15-004 bottom shoe, and a 19-005 top shoe. Can you help me confirm the right part number? I've attached pictures of the top and bottom shoes.

Based on these pictures, I would recommend our Series 385 channel balance, which comes with the 19-005 and 15-004 pre-attached. However, I recommend you measure your bottom shoe to confirm that the 15-004 is right. Make sure to account for wear in your measurements.
