Replacement for Milgard channel balance

Question

I need to replace a 1/2" Milgard channel balance. The top looks like your 19-005 part but it has an unusual shoe containing a pulley with the clip at the bottom (see attached). Looking at older posts I see you can make these as custom orders.

The metal part is 25 5/8" long and is stamped '25 9'. The sash weighs 32 pounds. I will need 4 of them.
