Replacement for PAT 3750337

I am looking for a top guide replacement for Stanley PAT3750337. My sliding door closet mirror came off its track bc the plastic guide in my picture broke.

Thanks for posting. This exact guide isn't made anymore, but you should be able to use our 23-093 as a substitute. Take a look and see what you think.
